This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from https://www.gardentrends.co.uk/ (the “Site”).

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information.”

The information you supply is a contractual obligation between us, the retailer, and you, the purchaser; the information we collect is primarily used to fulfil the purchasing and fulfilment contract on goods purchased. If these details are not supplied or withdrawn prior to our fulfilment of the contract, we would consider this a breach of contract and would therefore be unable to fulfil the purchasing order.

We collect Device Information using the following technologies:

Where we are required to collect personal data by law, or under the terms of the contract between us and you do not provide us with that data when requested, we may not be able to perform the contract (for example, to deliver goods or services to you). We occasionally list our products on other Third-Party marketplaces; if you place an order through one of these marketplaces, you are both agreeing to provide the privacy and security policies to that marketplace, alongside agreeing to have your information provided to us, the retailer, for the contractual fulfilment of the purchasing contract.
